I am a curious human.
My father was an architect (now retired), the perfect blend of art and craft. Above his drawing board sat a wooden plinth carrying the words often attributed to Da Vinci: “To develop a complete mind: study the science of art; study the art of science. Learn how to see. Realise that everything connects to everything else.”
This never really left me, and I have applied it in force across a wide range of disciplines: art, science, philosophy, history, economics and more.
Anyone with a similar drive and mind will quickly agree with Leonardo on the interconnected part. What is new, and something even the great master could not have predicted, is the speed at which ideas are now converging across domains.
I aim to explore that here. To question first, and to let grains of sand (for now) in the form of AI respond.
It harks back to an older time, when the question was more powerful than the answer.
